The idea that led to the Project deployment was as a result of the fall of the local currencies  (fiat) against dollar value. Saving in the Bank became almost worthless as fiats depreciates as time goes on. The need for people to save in blockchain assets became a necessity. HICE Token Lab was built on Core Chain to solve that problem and constantly reward holders with dividends through buy/sell transaction taxes.
